I just wear a pair of tighty whities under my freeride shorts to keep my wompy fresh. My biggest problem is with bleeding nipples...

I agree on the powder, only used cream once and didn't like it. I used powder thru RAAM and any of my longer day rides (more than 100 miles). but most of the time I would actually rather just switch out for a clean pair of shorts halfway thru if I can.

I use Assos. Mostly cause it's the only one I've ever gotten. Big container. Kinda pricey, but it works.

that's some good shit right there! I'd rather use powder than a cream. I think i cream would feel more like an accident.
